RCA F27650 ATC113 Audio Unit turns on with high voltage, video, and sound through the speakers. But no audio through the audio line output jacks Further checking finds the -9 volts at audio buffer IA02(11) was missing, but the +9 volts was OK IA02(6). The voltage at TA501(E) was at -12 volts. But the transistor was off. TA501(C ) was at "0" volts. Base and emitter was the same voltage. An 18 volt zener diode, DA01 18vdc was open, pn# 226463.
RCA F36450 ATC113 dead Unit has no stand by voltages. Unit appears dead all the way around. Checking the TP020(D) we had the 156 vdc from the raw DC source, When measuring the TP020(G) with a fluke 310 meter the power supply started and continues to run perfectly for hours. Flexing the board did not cause the set to shut off. Removing power from the TV for few minutes then restoring it caused the set to be dead. Static check of the soft start resistor RP27 shown the device to be open. RP27 is a 1 meg ohm resistor. 
RCA F32650 ATC113 Flyback Nosey Unit is experiencing a problem with horizontal tearing in the picture and a squeal Further checking finds the squeal is produced by the flyback.(257805). We have seen a total of 11 have currently been tracked and are associated with model number.

RCA F36650 ATC113 Pincushion Init has sever barrel distortion with East / West over scan. Checking the Pin modulator diode DL04(K) finds the voltage lower than 1 volt. Should be about 13 volts Checking the resistance to ground at DL04(K) found it was 8 ohms. Disconnecting the Pin modulator board at connector HL83 cleared the 8 ohms indicating the 8 ohms was caused by the Pin modulator board. Closer observation a capacitor CL85 a 6.8 mfd electrolytic, finds it to be vented and it was causing the 8 ohm short. Replacing HL85 pn 238292. This corrected the symptom.
RCA F36450 ATC113 Power supply Noisy TV will operate OK with a slight insufficient horizontal sweep. But when the TV is turned off the power supply Squeals or hisses only in the standby mode. When checking around the secondary side of the power supply it was discovered that the 129 volts supply was running at 119 vdc. Checking the quality of the voltage with an oscilloscope the tech found a substantial amount of high frequency ripple. This ripple must be less than 1 or 2% of the overall Regulated B+. This was in excess of that 2%. The ripple can be traced all the way up to the input of the precision regulator IP50(1). Further checking discovered that CP80 had fallen off on the chassis. The leads were soldered to the board and still intact but the capacitor was missing. Replacing the capacitor, a 100 mfd@250 vdc. Part # 218374
RCA F36650 ATC113 Raster, Missing Attempts to turn on but never gets sound or raster but has high voltage. The set has normal B+ but the switched 9 volts for IP360 is missing. Checking the power regulator IP360 we found no input. Caused by an open circuit protector FP360 pn# 245061. There was no explanation as to why the fuse was bad. Replacement of the CP corrected the symptom.
RCA F36650 ATC113 Shutdown Unit will turn on but shuts down immediately. Checking the Horizontal output transistor finds the a very distorted wave form.
RCA F36450 ATC113 Video Noisy Unit has black dashes running across the screen in horizontal bands. Only visible when there is a video source plugged into the inputs or from the tuner. Not seen in the component input Checked luminance at IY03(17) and found excellent luminance there. Further checking found  we had good luminance at the input of IY01(42) but the luminance at the output or IY01(1) has fine noise serrations that pulled the luminance down to the pedestal level (Black) Appears that clock or data signals were getting into the Luminance path. IY01 defective. PN# 257802
